Experience tells us that many of our guests do not have the necessary information when it comes to purchasing their tickets, so we will provide information on how to get them.
It is very important to buy them in advance. If we are talking about general admission tickets, the earlier the better, in case of tours and guided visits, agencies usually do not offer availability until a month before the date in question.
The ticket is nominative and physical ID is required for access to the Alhambra. Attached is a link to the official ticket sales site https://www.alhambra- patronato.es/ being the general ticket the one that includes the visit to all parts of the Alhambra. The Nasrid Palaces is the only part of the monument with specific visiting hours, it is recommended to be at least 10 minutes before the booked time and the rest of the Alhambra can be visited freely both before and after the visit of the palaces, in total, the duration can be 2.30 hours or 3.
To get there from the Hotel there are several options:
- On foot: 30 minutes (bear in mind that almost half of the walk is on a slope).
- Bus: the nearest bus stop is Plaza Isabel la Catolica, 10 minutes from the Hotel, both the C30 and the C32 go to the monument.
- Taxi: you can call from the Hotel itself.
